Should you have any queries or questions regarding any of our shop items please do not hesitate to contact us. We will endeavour to reply within 48 hours of the email. Parcels are dispatched daily Monday to Friday, usually before 2pm. All dolls houses are dispatched direct from the wholesaler, we endeavour to dispatch for delivery next day after payment but if there is a problem with this you will be notified immediately of the anticipated delivery date.
